Nick De Laine   Gaffer Founding director with 17 years experience in film and television. He gained his early experience as a lighting cameraman, then best boy, before becoming a gaffer in 1992. Credits to date include major local and international commercials, where he has been required to develop lighting solutions to ensure the optimum result. Nick has also worked on a number of feature films, the most recent, ?The Goddess of 1967? under Director of Photography, Dion Bebe. Nick ensures that on any production he surrounds himself with experienced and professional assistants. He has high standards which he expects from his team and is prepared to lead by example. His depth of knowledge in the industry ensures experience across all production media, and has a comprehensive knowledge of lighting techniques. Nick is also committed to furthering his own career in feature films whilst continuing to work on all range of commercial productions, from small to large and is prepared to discuss the budgetary requirements to meet the needs of each individual production regardless of location.           Scott Leeson   Gaffer Scott's professionalism and can-do attitude makes him the lynch pin of the team. Scotts dedication to NDLighting has ensured the development of a sound knowledge of film lighting, enabling him to progress from best boy to role of Gaffer. His problem solving capabilities and precision in logistics management are essential to ensuring a smooth and seamless production for the lighting department. His experience enables him to work on small to medium productions in the capacity of gaffer and provide professional support on the larger budget productions
